Based on several visits, I’ve found that restaurant soda quality generally ranges from Bad to OK to Great, mainly depending on the level of carbonation. For instance, a soda rated as “bad” would be completely flat, lacking any fizz. In contrast, an “OK” soda might have some bubbles but not enough to be satisfying. A “Great” soda, however, is perfectly fizzy, giving that refreshing kick you expect.
